Karwan-e-Al-Quresh Travel and Tours

At Karwan-e-Al-Quresh Travel and Tours, we are committed to providing our valued customers with high-quality Umrah packages and an exceptional travel experience. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer fair and transparent policies in the event of cancellations, refunds, or returns. Please read the following Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

1. Refund Policy for Umrah Packages

Our refund policy applies to all Umrah packages booked through Karwan-e-Al-Quresh Travel and Tours. Refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our official contact channels. The refund process is subject to the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund if the Umrah package booking is canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as an administrative fee.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs between 15-29 days before departure, a partial refund of 50% of the total package price will be issued, minus any non-refundable third-party fees (such as visa fees, flight bookings, etc.).
  • No Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before departure, no refund will be granted. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain components of your Umrah package are non-refundable. These include:

  • Visa fees (once processed)
  • Flight tickets (once booked and ticketed)
  • Accommodation deposits or bookings
  • Any special services such as transport bookings, VIP services, or optional tours

In cases where the airline or hotel provides a refund for tickets or bookings, Karwan-e-Al-Quresh will assist in processing the refund on your behalf, subject to the airline or hotel’s terms and conditions.

3. Returns Policy

As Umrah packages involve travel, visas, and specific dates, returns are not applicable to the services once the booking is confirmed. However, if there is an issue with any of the services provided (such as hotel bookings, transport, or other components), we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a service is deemed inadequate, a refund or alternative compensation may be offered at our discretion.

4. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events, Karwan-e-Al-Quresh Travel and Tours will make every effort to reschedule or rebook your Umrah trip. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund, minus any non-refundable costs, may be provided.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, processing times may take up to 30 days depending on the payment method and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

7. Amendments to the Refund and Returns Policy

Karwan-e-Al-Quresh Travel and Tours reserves the right to update or amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised policy will be available on our official website.
